Pina Bausch was an acclaimed German dance choreographer who died in 2009. Her company, Tanztheater Wuppertal, and her own work was the subject of the Pedro Almodovar film "Talk To Her".

Her accliamed works include "Iphigenie Auf Tauris", a rarely performed work based on William Gluck's opera, and "Masurca Fago".
