Influential New-York-based post-funk and NYC-disco outfit formed in 1980 and reformed in 2008.

Key members include: Salvatore Principato, Dennis Young, Scott Hartley and Richard McGuire.

Their key tracks include "Cavern", a track sampled by Grandmaster Flash / Melle Mel for the landmark "White Lines" and "Optimo".

The band were a part of the vibrant 99 Records and NY Funk scene in the early 80s that also included Konk, James Chance and Material as well as the UK's A Certain Ratio and 23 Skidoo. LCD Soundsystem owe more than a passing nod to them!
