Comedian, poet, singer, writer and founder-member of The Comedy Store.

He has written for 'Have I Got News For You' and 'Not Going Out' as well as winning the 2009 Writer's Guild Radio Comedy Of The Year for the Radio 4 show, '15 Minute Musical'.

He rarely performs on his own since his return to the stage in 2004, but his 2009 show 'My Life Is A Footnote' was a success.

"In his 20s he told jokes and sang songs about being fat, single, left-wing and Jewish. Now in his 50s, he tells jokes and sings songs about being bald, married, deaf and Jewish".
