Chucho Valdés is a multi award-winning Cuban jazz composer and pianist, virtuosic improviser, commanding bandleader and invaluable collaborator who has earned international acclaim and a devoted fan base.

He won the 2017 "Best Latin Jazz Album" Grammy for the 2016 album: "Tribute To Irakere: Live In Marciac". That is one of six Grammy's he has won, along with three Latin Grammy's.
