Othello

Tragedy written by William Shakespeare with themes of racism, love, jealousy and betrayal, giving the 17th century play a contemporary feel.

Written around 1603, Othello is based on the Italian short story 'Un Capitano Moro' ('A Moorish Captain') by Cinthio, a disciple of the author and poet Boccaccio, first published in 1565.
