Chris Thile is an American mandolin player from Nickel Creek as well as Punch Brothers.

He released his debut solo album, "Leading Off" in 1994, followed by: "Stealing Second" (1997), "Not All Who Wander Are Lost" (2001), "Deceiver" (2004), "How to Grow a Woman from the Ground" (2006), "Bach: Sonatas and Partitas, Vol. 1" (2013, with Yo-Yo Ma and Edgar Meyer), "Thanks for Listening" (2017), plus 2021's: "Laysongs".
