Roby Lakatos is a Hungarian violinist who combines jazz, classical, and Hungarian Romani music.
He released his debut album, "In Gypsy Style" in 1991, followed by: "Lakatos" (1998), "Alouette König der Zigeunergeiger" (1998), "Live from Budapest" (1999), "Post Phrasing Lakatos Best" (1999), "As Time Goes By" (2002), "Kinoshita Meets Lakatos" (2002), "The Legend of the Toad" (2004), "Fire Dance" (2005), "Rodrigo y Gabriela as guest" (2006), "Klezmer Karma" (2006), "Boleritza as guest" (2008), "Roby Lakatos with Musical Friends" (2008), "Gypsy Violin Virtuoso" (2009), "La Passion: Live at Sydney Opera House" (2012), plus 2015's: "Antonio Vivaldi: The Four Seasons".
