US-based English tenor saxophonist, flautist and clarinettist and grandson of the English music hall legend Gertie Lawrence.
Clatworthy's debut LP, 2001's 'Gertie, Phil, Theo & Me', was an album of jazz standards including 'Body and Soul', 'Someone to Watch Over Me' and Noel Coward's 'Poor Little Rich Girl' and was dedicated to his grandmother.
