This year's return of Brit-pop icons Suede has been met with typical anticipation and enthusiasm, perhaps not surprisingly with a fond regard for past glories as well as for the new material. And that latest album "Bloodsports", issued last month, has garnered favourable reviews across the press and radio.

It would be trite to label Suede's return as a comeback - they've been performing live shows for the past few years, including a triple Brixton Academy takeover in 2011, keenly received Latitude and Hop Farm festival appearances last year and sell-out shows at Alexandra Palace and Nottingham earlier this year. It's all looking rosy for Brett's boys once again.

To celebrate the public's response to "Bloodsports", Suede have announced their intention to tour Europe in the autumn, including the UK and Ireland.

Leeds' O2 Academy will be the first stop on 26th October, followed by Glasgow's Barrowlands (27th), Dublin Olympia (28th), Manchester Academy (30th) and Birmingham O2 Academy on the 31st.

Tickets on sale now, with prices around £26.50.

You can still grab tickets for Suede's appearance at Belsonic 2013 on 24th August, priced from £31.50.
