Enjoy a show at the races with our guide to what's on at a racecourse near you.

Usually added to the end of a busy race-meeting at any one of the UK's most popular courses, these racecourse concerts feature some of the biggest names in pop and rock and take place on a special stage in front of the stands or inside.

All racecourse events are on sale now, subject to availability, unless otherwise stated

A trio of summer Racecourse shows at Carlisle Racecourse on 27th July, Sandown Park on 7th August and Haydock Park on the 8th - tickets are available for all three shows.

US surf-pop classics will come to the Suffolk-based Newmarket Racecourse on Friday 18th July. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £30 - £35 (less for families). You can expect to hear their big hits such as I Get Around, Surfin USA, God Only Knows, Little Deuce Coupe and many more.

The chart-topping duo will bring some bounce to proceedings at Cheltenham Racecourse on 2nd March. Tickets are available now, priced at £17.50.

You can expect numerous chart hits from their 30+ year history when the pop-reggae stalwarts perform at Uttoxeter Racecourse on 30th May and Wolverhampton Racecourse on 29th August. Tickets are £25-£27 with a maximum of three accompanying children admittance at £10 each.

Wales prodigal son will take a rest from The Voice to bring his own set of pipes and sing-along classic hits to Chepstow Racecourse on 11th July. Tickets are priced from £45 upwards.

Russia's own global brand of gymnastic olympics will be touring the UK in 2014, armed with new show Park Gorkogo and tour-dates across the nations. Ascot Racecourse will host the circus for a week from 16th to 20th July - tickets are priced from £10 to £35, depending on seat.

As part of their upcoming autumnal jaunt, boy-group The Vamps will entertain the crowds at Cheltenham Racecourse on 9th October. Tickets are on sale from now.

The Uttoxeter Racecourse will be the hosting venue for this year's acoustic weekender which will run from 30th May until 1st June. Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel, Fairport Convention, 10CC, The Animals, Emma Stevens, Matt Cardle, Moulettes and more tbc. Tickets are priced from £95 for a weekend, £115 with camping.

They'll be touring throughout the year and will stop off at Doncaster Racecourse on 17th May for a post-meeting knees-up at around 8:30pm (doors 3:30pm). Tickets for various enclosures range from £31 to £55.
