Showing absolutely no sign of putting his feet up this year, Paul Weller has now been adorned with the responsibility of closing out this year's terrific week-long Teenage Cancer Trust event at the Royal Albert Hall in the spring. Monday 25th March will see the ex-Jam and Style Council icon head up a show that will also feature the in-demand scallywags Palma Violets in support. Tickets on sale now, priced from £35.

Other TCT gigs have pretty much sold-out, with the exception of Russell Brand and Noel Fielding (Weds 20th March), Primal Scream (Thursday) and Rizzle Kicks (Sunday).

Fans of Paul Weller can still catch him out and about this year - earlier news of huge outdoor shows was met with an enthusiastic nod of approval by many, not least for those living near to the chosen locations.

Kew the Music 2013 has included the singer in their line-up on Thursday 11th July (still on sale - £39.50), while Forestry Commission Live Music 2013 has secured Weller's services for a pair of concerts due to take place in the summer. First stop for Paul Weller will be Thetford Forest in Suffolk on Friday 12th July, which has sold out (but for a few Premium tickets), with the second being Westonbirt Arboretum on Saturday 20th July which has also sold out.

In between these two is a 'Delapre Alive' show near Northampton on 19th July - there are still tickets for the Delapre Park shindig, priced at £39. Get 'em while they're hot!
