LA siblings HAIM recently walked away with this year's BBC Sound of 2013 - but have yet to capitalize with any tour announcements just yet. Meanwhile, there are plenty of shows from the remaining nominees.

Fifth placed electro-poppers Chvrches, whose eerie single "The Mother We Share" oozes promise, have just announced a clutch of shows for late February, including dates in Manchester, Bristol, London and Glasgow. These headline shows have an onsale date of Friday 11th January at 9am. Organizers of Field Day 2013 were also quick to sign them up for this year's day-fest on 25th May - £45 for tickets (the event also features Bat For Lashes, Django Django and Animal Collective).

AlunaGeorge, who finished in second place on the poll, have managed to sell out pretty-much every show of theirs in the past few months - including the forthcoming February XOYO dates (both!). Only their 20th June show in Brixton has tickets remaining, priced at £12.50 - these will start selling fast.

Hot rapper Angel Haze ended up in third place and has a string of May shows coming up (some rescheduled from February), including Brighton, London and Manchester, with tickets priced at just £10 (£12.50 for London), while one place below her was soulful Laura Mvula whose only UK date at present is at the Isle Of Wight Festival 2013 in June.

The remaining nominees include Palma Violets and Peace (both likely favourites) who are both appearing on another 'upcoming' list, the NME Awards Tour 2013, along with Django Django and Miles Kane - tickets cost £19.10 (or £20.60 for London) - while producer The Weeknd and songwriter Tom Odell are touring in March.

Other artists playing live soon include Kodaline (touring in February), Savages (an NME Awards Show in London) and Ireland's Little Green Cars (a handful of gigs next month).

The BBC Sound of 2013 list has been guiding savvy music-fans through a minefield of upcoming acts since 2002 with last year's award being handed to Michael Kiwanuka on the strength of his sweet voice and debut-album. See below for your guide to who's playing where and when during the next few months.
