Next year, T in the Park will celebrate its 20th anniversary which, when you consider how many festivals have struggled to make ends meet (or even take place) over the past two decades, is some achievement. From 11th to 14th July 2013 , the gates will once again swing open to an audience with high expectations and over 80,000 members - why not make it a year to remember?

Well now you can because the first headliners have just been unveiled - and they're BIG! The Killers, Mumford and Sons and Rihanna are just about the biggest artists on the planet at the moment and T in the Park have signed them all up for 2013!

Brandon's boys (and recovered tonsils) will tear up the Main Stage at the Scottish festival a few weeks after their massive Wembley Stadium appearance, armed with all their hits and recent album "Battle Born". It'll be quite a show.

Holders of the fastest-selling album of the year on both sides of the Atlantic, Mumford and Sons are the archetypal festival band and should provide quite a show. As indeed will the 'Unapologetic' Rihanna who has sold almost 150 million downloads around the world.

Other names on the bill include The Script, alt-J, Paloma Faith, Jake Bugg and Of Monsters and Men, Two Door Cinema Club, Azealia Banks, all of whom have been on everyone's lips, iPhones, social media and MP3s at some point in the last year (OK, except mine) thus guaranteeing contentment and excitement amongst T's huge audience.

From 9am Friday 7th December, a further batch of tickets will be released in time for the Christmas market, all priced at 2012 prices. This is likely to be the last Early Bird batch so get in quick by hitting this page on Friday morning.
