American rockers bring new material to these shores for April gigs, tickets on sale Friday 30th November
Imagine Dragons

One of many touted American rock bands around at the moment, Imagine Dragons have had their fair share of breaks over the past year or so. Regular gamers may well have heard their tunes sound-tracking crucial 'hack-'em-'n'-slay-'em' moments in the historical adventure Assassin's Creed III or when you've knocked in your seventh goal as Wigan Athletic vs Manchester City in FIFA 13 - well, you can dream can't you? (or cheat) - when "On Top of the World" really does mean on top of the world.

Aside from flooding consoles the world over, Imagine Dragons have been busy touring and plugging recently-released "Night Visions", issued in September and already a #2 album in the States. It seems that all those years slogging away with EPs and small-town shows has paid off. Let's face facts - once you've entertained American chat-show hosts Jay Leno and Jimmy Fallon's audiences, you're pretty much there.

But not here. Yet, Imagine Dragons will be bringing their own palatable take on jangly indie-pop to the UK next spring with a handful of shows starting in Bristol on 2nd April, followed by Liverpool, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and Camden on the 11th.

Tickets are on sale from 9am Friday 30th November with prices starting at £18. Their last tour, which took place a couple of weeks ago, pretty much sold out - you have been warned!
