The Feeling reschedule 2013 UK tour to the autumn

Original tickets will remain valid with an extra webcast show added to appease fans

If you were hoping to see The Feeling perform their latest wares next month, grab the tissues - due to recording commitments, the band have postponed all of April's headlining appearances and tour-dates by rescheduling them for later in the year.

Here's a statement:

We're working flat out on our new album, which we're so excited to play to everyone. But it just doesn't look like we'll be fully ready for April. So, we've made the difficult decision to move the tour to October, when the record will be finished and out there, and these shows will be as good as they can be. We're sorry for the delay and the hassles it might cause people, but we honestly think it will be worth it. We can't wait to see you all in person at the shows, and online for the webcast show.

That webcast concert will take place at their Dog House studio in London on 26th April with a competition for fans to attend set to be announced on their website soon.

Meanwhile, the delayed UK tour will now take place in October/November, starting with Gateshead on 21st October, Glasgow, Manchester, Shepherd's Bush and more until Cambridge on 2nd November.

Original tickets are still valid or you can buy new tickets now, priced upwards of £18.50. The band's festival appearances remain unaffected.
