Our competition to pick up a pair of free tickets to see the Happy Mondays and 808 State at the Brighton Centre closed on Monday and it's our pleasure (and basic moral obligation) to announce the winner...

All hail Stevie Brown from Brighton, who is the lucky winner of the two tickets to see Shaun, Rowetta and co line up alongside the 808 State Soundsystem on 30th November. With stunning simplicity, Stevie clicked the Enter Competition button and is now preparing to dust down the Hallelujah! T-shirt and bleached jeans having been selected at random by the Allgigs supercomputer (hello Dan).

The Brighton show precedes two December dates at the Roundhouse in London on 19th and 20th, followed by a new date, just announced at the Warehouse Project in Manchester on 22nd December, now relocated from Store Street to the famous Victoria Warehouse. You can buy tickets now for the Brighton show (£32.50), the Roundhouse dates (also £32.50) and the Warehouse Project show (£25).
