Fat Friday: The Killers, Katherine Jenkins, Elvis Costello and more

After taking an 18-month hiatus from touring, Brandon and the boys will be hitting the UK this autumn, starting in Glasgow on 26th October, followed by Aberdeen, Nottingham, Newcastle and more until London for two shows at the O2 Arena on 17th/18th November. From around £35 upwards.

Graham Coxon along with Hot Chip, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Lucy Rose will each headline four special Oxjam nights at the Oxfam shop in Dalston from 24th to 28th. Tickets are on sale now, priced from £15 - £25. It's a small shop with high profile acts, so expect a quick sellout !

Every show featuring Mr Sheeran has now completely sold out, so you'll need to be quick to grab tickets for his newly-announced Belfast show on 10th January. It's his first announced 2013 show so don't miss out - tickets will sell fast.

As we have only recently reported, their 2013 Beacon UK tour went on sale a week or so ago and guess what? Much of it has sold out already. They've now added a big London show (at Alexandra Palace in April) for 2013 as a back-up to the sold-out Brixton gig.

Talking of Ally Pally: one solitary Jack White Alexandra Palace gig was never going to be enough to sate his UK fanbase, so another has just been added for Saturday 3rd November (the Friday is now sold out). To add to the excitement, support only comes from The Kills! Tickets will cost £30.

Currently selling out shows at an incredible rate, Alt-J have gone the whole hog and announced a full 2013 tour, starting with Birmingham, then Glasgow, Newcastle etc until concluding in Brixton on 16th May 2013. Tickets are £13.50-£16.50.

After seeing new single "Wings" top the charts, the girls have announced an extensive tour for 2013. Stops include Nottingham on 28th January, then Edinburgh, Newcastle etc until Belfast on 24th February. Prices average around £20 (or €35 for Dublin).

Follow-up to his highly successful 2012 'Revolver' shows, Costello will once again feature his gigantic wheel of musical fortune for Spinning Songbook participation. Birmingham, London, Edinburgh and Basingstoke are on sale Friday, all others available now at around £37.50 upwards.

Mark Knopfler will bring his 'Privateering' tour to the UK in spring 2013, with May dates in Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool and many more until the Royal Albert Hall finale of six back-to-back shows ending on 1st June. We have tickets available now from £37.50.

His autumn schedule is continuing to grow with another two shows released, this time in Cardiff and Bath in November. Prices for these start at £45, while his other UK shows are available now at similar prices.

Having conquered Hollywoodland in the most emphatic manner, Tucker returned to stand-up in 2011 and heads to the UK for a short tour in November, including Hammersmith, Birmingham and Manchester - tickets cost from £32.

Charli kicks off her 2012 tour at the HMV Institute in Birmingham on 8th November, followed by dates in Liverpool, Nottingham and Manchester, before the final gig announced so far at London's XOYO on Thursday 15th November. Prices start at £8.

Three more shows have just been added to her Christmas dates, including Sheffield on 12th December, then Brighton and finally Gateshead. Prices will range from £45 to £80, depending on location. There are also shows in London, Dublin and Belfast, available now.

More shows have been included in his already-sizeable 2013 jaunt - Nottingham, Sheffield, Cardiff and Blackpool join the likes of Belfast, London and Plymouth with tickets due on sale from 9.30am on Friday at various prices.

Her short tour kicks off at London's Borderline on 5th November, followed by gigs in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow before the final date announced so far in Brighton on 10th November. Expect much Propaganda for £18.50/£23.50.

Martin Fry's pop-funk legends will be celebrating three decades since their stunning '80s debut, "Lexicon of Love", with a December show in the heart of London's theatreland. The 18th December show will cost £35.

Kosheen see a return to live headline action in the UK after a five year break with a one-off (so far) London date at Islington's Academy. Tickets cost £15. The announcement of their return has caused quite a stir, so expect tickets to sell fast and maybe even some more dates?

FM saw a return to live action in 2010 after a 12 year hiatus, and clearly enjoyed themselves as they toured earlier in the year. So much so that they're doing it all again with a March 2013 UK tour. Tickets start from £16.50.
