Finally, the formidable ex-White Stripes guitarist and frontman takes his Blunderbuss on the road in the autumn, including stops in Dublin, London and the famous Empress Ballroom in Blackpool. £29 upwards, support from Willy Moon.

New tune 'Turn Around' will be unleashed prior to Conor's next activity - his first ever headlining UK tour. Mayniacs can catch him in Brighton on 24th Oct, followed by Norwich, Leicester, Manchester and a whole load more until Birmingham on 8th Nov. Ticket prices average £17.50 (£18.50 for London).

With dubstepper Benga installed as support, Example's 2013 Arena tour looks set to be one big party. Stops include Bournemouth on 11th Feb, then Nottingham, Liverpool, Sheffield etc through Scotland and down to London's Earls Court, before Manchester on 1st March. £25 upwards.

The #1 DJ has confirmed more FRESH/LIVE shows (featuring real musicians, as well as your man's dextrous knob-twiddling) to follow on from previous spring dates. These will include Sheffield, Norwich, Birmingham and many more until Preston on 23rd Nov. Tickets are on sale now at £15.

The irresistible indie-dance trio have recruited Scritti Politti as support for all shows on this tour which starts in York on 10th Dec, before heading to Edinburgh, Manchester, Brighton and London - from £16.50 (£22.50 for London).

After a recent hugely successful reformation, festival slots and a string of live shows, 2012 will conclude with Happy Mondays performing two shows at London's Roundhouse on 19th and 20th December with 808 State. A match made in Manchester, priced at £32.50 a night and on sale now.

His new show, encouragingly entitled Sausage Time, will be Harry's first tour since 2006 and covers Canterbury on 7th Feb 2013 then Oxford, Newcastle, Salford, Hammersmith, Leeds and many more. On sale from Thursday 23rd Aug, priced from £30.

The X-Factor hopeful's first tour kicks off in Hitchin on 14th Nov (two days after her eighteenth birthday), followed by dates in London, Bournemouth, Leicester and more, before the final show at the O2 Academy in Liverpool on 22nd Nov. Tickets start at £8.50.

Prior to appearing at 2013's Y-Prog Festival, It Bites are on tour, starting with Plymouth on 8th Dec, plus Bristol, Southampton and Wolverhampton, before the final date in Glasgow on Friday 14th Dec. All are priced at around £17.50.

Iceland's rockers kick off their 2013 tour at QMU in Glasgow on 22nd Feb 2013, followed by dates in Birmingham, Bristol, Oxford, Portsmouth and Shepherd's Bush. Tickets are priced £16 for London and £14 for all other dates.

First stop on their "10:20" album tour is Leeds on the 2nd Nov, followed by stops in Wolves, Bristol, Portsmouth, Manchester and finally London on the 14th. Other venues are likely to be announced in due course, meanwhile these headliners will set you back £12.50 upwards

A co-headline date with Papa Roach at the Brixton Academy on Monday 10th Dec, kicks off this short tour, followed by shows in Manchester (13th), Wolves (14th) and Bournemouth on 15th Dec. Tickets are available from 9am on Thurs 23rd Aug, priced £29.50 for London and £23.50 for other dates.

Metal fans can look forward to a string of hardcore shows with Touche Amore, A Storm of Light and The Secret in support. Towns include London on 25th Nov, then Birmingham, Colchester, Glasgow and Manchester and Brighton on 1st Dec. They also play Dublin on 29th Nov. From £13.50.
