As any Kele fan knows by now, Bloc Party will be returning to live action in support of their eagerly-anticipated fourth album, "Four". With new single "Octopus" all over the radio at the moment (and in this article) and an October tour confirmed and ready, fans in the south-east were probably wondering, "where and when will there be a gig near us?". The answer is: London in 2013 - just a bit longer to wait.

They have chosen the Earl's Court Exhibition Centre as a venue, a somewhat historic choice given some of the previous legends that have played there - Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Prince and, most recently, the Olympics have all filled its famous seats with eager punters.

On 22nd February 2013, it'll be the turn of Bloc Party and it'll be quite a show. We will have tickets for the bash, details of which will be revealed in due course, from Friday 17th August priced at £29.50. It promises to be quite an event, by which time their fourth album will have (possibly) soared to #1. It's worth putting a bet on it - most of their preceding 2012 shows have already run out of tickets.

For those of you not travelling to London next year, you can still pick up tickets to some of the regional October 2012 shows such as Glasgow and Manchester (Newcastle has seats only), but the rest are sold out.
