Metal Hammer is returning with one of its two trusted tours. Before Christmas, the Defenders of the Faith jaunt saw established acts such as Trivium, Insense, In Flames and Rise to Remain blazing their way across the UK.

This autumn, it will be the turn of the pretenders who hope to emulate those idols with a blast of eight dates in eight days featuring four-sets a night - a deafening 32 live sets in a little over a week. The second ever Metal Hammer Razor tour will see post-hardcore outfit Devil Sold His Soul heading a powerful bill which also boasts some home counties hardcore from Hertfordshire's Heights, groove metal Milton Keynes five-piece Heart of a Coward and, last but not least, sludge metal Belgians Steak Number Eight.

The whole tour promises to give it out hard, hot and heavy for eight gigs which will light up the early winter chill of England in November. It'll be a monster.

Metal Hammer Razor II kicks off in Birmingham on 4th November, followed by dates in Cardiff, Southampton, Bristol and more, before the final gig at the Cathouse in Glasgow on 11th November 2012. There is a London date at Underworld in Camden on Thursday 8th November.

We will have tickets available for all dates when they go on sale at 9am on Friday 20th July, priced around £8. As always, this tour will sell out.
