A decade or so into their journey as a new rock band in a sea of Top Shop electro-pop, Young Guns are going along surprisingly nicely. Their debut EP, Mirrors, didn't arrive until 2009, some six years after they were formed in High Wycombe's leafy hills, but it was seemingly worth the wait, lifting the Young Guns onto Radio 1 and the covers of a few magazines.

It set the scene nicely for the debut album, a relatively short time coming, being released just a year or so later. The success of All Our Kings Are Dead, which made the UK indie and rock chart top fives and attracted wide acclaim, led the Buckinghamshire boys to high profile support slots with Bon Jovi and a main stage set at the reading Festival. Bang.

And there are no signs of Difficult Second Album Syndrome with last month's Bones breaking the UK Top 20 and again crashing the top five of the indie and rock countdowns. After touring the record supporting Enter Shikari, Young Guns have some headline slots of their own booked in for the autumn as part of the Vans Off The Wall tour.

The Young Guns kick off the Vans Off The Wall tour in Portsmouth on Monday 8th October, followed by gigs in Norwich, Cardiff, Wolverhampton, Manchester, Glasgow and Leeds, before the final date at the Shepherds Bush Empire on Wednesday 17th October 2012. We will have tickets from 9am on Friday 30th March, priced from £12.50.

Ahead of the autumn shows, Young Guns are also playing Bilbao BBK Live 2012 in July on 12th July - we have tickets available now. Plus, you can catch the boys in Coventry next Saturday - tickets less than a fiver.
