Although Jordan Stephens and Harley Alexander-Sule have been friends since they were in nursery school, their friendship will not have seen anything like the success of the last two years.
Since beginning to post mixes and demos to their YouTube channel in 2010, Rizzle Kicks have found a huge audience (and a lot of love) for their vintage hip hop sounds. Remixes for Jessie J, Olly Murs, Ed Sheeran and Foster the People all followed as did Jordan and Harley's debut album, 'Stereo Typical'. It made the UK Top 5 albums and the duo have been surfing the crest of a wave ever since.
The boys kick off their new UK tour at the Brixton Academy on 16th November, followed by dates in Birmingham, Cambridge, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham and more.
We will have tickets available when they go on sale at 9am on Friday 10th February, priced £17.50 for Brixton and £15 for other dates.
Ahead of the late 2012 shows, Rizzle Kicks have another UK tour beginning in Cambridge on 16th February, taking in Inverness, Newcastle, Oxford, Preston and loads more, before the final two dates at the Shepherds Bush Empire on 15th and 16th March 2012. A couple of dates have sold out all tickets but we still have Premium tickets available for most shows.
After a month long break, the duo hit the road again in April and May, with many more dates (we have Premium tickets), along with a selection of festival appearances.
The bottom line is that Rizzle Kicks are enjoying a phenomenally successful 2012. They are playing a huge number of gigs and they are all (ALL) selling out. So you'll need to be quick on Friday if you're going to pick up tickets for the new tour.
