Poor Santa Claus - everyone loves him, but expectations are high, especially at Christmas time. In these tough times, the one thing he doesn't need is to be given the sack - unless it's full of gifts for all the family! This Christmas is tougher than ever and the deliveries are not going to plan at Santa's North Pole HQ.
