With Glastonbury's absence in 2012 causing a noticeable hole in the festival calendar, many organizers are gearing themselves up for bigger line-ups, sexy locations and increased traffic for tickets. In what could be seen as a cunning plan on a scale of Blackadder proportions (except that this one might work), Lovebox 2012 will take place at the earlier time of mid-June.

From 15th to 17th, Victoria Park will be jumping to the sound of just about every worthy artist your little heart and head desires. This year, Lovebox featured Snoop Dogg, Scissor Sisters, 2 Many DJs, Example and many more - who's going to be there in 2012? You'll have to wait and see, but you can be sure to be celebrating a Decade of Love - the festival is 10 years old next year so you can bet founders Groove Armada will be plotting something massive.

Tickets for next year are on sale now at various prices, depending on your options. Day tickets cost £29 for Friday and £49.50 for Saturday or Sunday. Want to attend two days? You can choose between a Friday and Saturday 2-Day for £65 or a Saturday and Sunday 2-Day for £87.50. Even better value is the 3-Day ticket - it's just £99!

And if you can't afford the initial outlay, there is also a 50/50 option for multi-day tickets. Just pay half now and pay the remainder by 1st May 2012 and you're good to go!!

Acts for Lovebox 2012 will be announced in due course - meanwhile just remember that last year's Lovebox pretty much sold out in advance.
