Professor Green

That Professor Green will have played around 50 dates in 2011 is not, in itself, an eye-catching statistic, impressive as it is. A closer look, however, reveals just what a year he's had.

Not that 2010 wasn't a good 12 months for Stephen Paul Manderson. His debut record, 'Alive Til I'm Dead' announced itself at No 2 in the charts and featured long-time collaborator Lily Allen. Last year also saw singles 'Just Be Good to Green' (feat. Lily Allen) and 'I Need You Tonight' breaking the UK top five.

From that springboard, 2011 has taken Professor Green to the stages of Glastonbury, Majorca Rocks, Ibiza Rocks, T in the Park, Oxegen 2011, V Festival, Bestival and Spain's Benicassim, as well as the Summer Series at London's Somerset House. And then there's The Big Reunion 2011 and T4 Stars of 2011 in the next few weeks.

Around that, he's played spring and autumn tours and released his second album 'At Your Convenience', a No 3 hit. From the new LP came the single, 'Read All About It', his first chart topper. Green's undoubted talent and undeniable appetite for hard work has made him one of the UK's hottest artists right now and he is showing no signs of slowing down.

Professor Green's UK spring tour kicks off at the O2 Academy in Leicester on 24th April, followed by gigs in Plymouth, Leeds, Blackpool's Empress Ballroom, Southend and more, before the final date of the run at the Brixton Academy on 5th May 2012.

We will have tickets available for all dates when they go on sale at 9AM on Friday 25th November, priced from £18.50.

Meanwhile, the largely sold out autumn tour, with support (at most venues) from Rizzle Kicks, continues throughout November and December. We have tickets available at face value for just Glasgow, Brixton and Ashford with resale tickets available for the remainder.

Professor Green is also appearing at The Big Reunion 2011 at Butlins, Skegness, on 25th November and at T4 Stars of 2011 on 11th December. We have tickets for the T4 event, priced £36.
