Frankie Boyle has been pilloried, misrepresented and demonised. And for what? For Telling It Like It Is.
Now he will attempt a final tour, to heal Britain's fools. To support its rioters. To offer the inchoate laughter of despair to a culture in freefall.
These are The Last Days of Sodom.
So reads the tour blurb for Frankie's (possibly final) lengthy tour, which will run from summer to autumn in 2012.
But, ahead of those dates, the ascerbic, nihilistic [don't forget: 'damn funny' - Ed] comedian is set for a few "Try Out" dates at that hotbed of comedy try-outs: The Hen and Chickens in Islington.
The dates (so far) are 20th, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 30th November, with tickets costing just £5 available from 11AM on the day of the performance - check below for tickets at 11AM on the day! Tickets will of course fly out!
Tickets for his 'Last Days of Sodom' tour go on sale today at 10AM and will also be in high demand.
