Steel Panther go Balls Out for a hit album in 2011!

Steel Panther

You get the impression that 'subtle' is not a word LA's Steel Panther get to use too often, and with the release of latest album 'Balls Out' at the end of the month, I suspect that will long remain the case.

Released on 31st October, with the first single 'If You Really, Really Love Me' out the following week, the band will be over in the UK for a one-off album launch gig at the Electric Ballroom in Camden on 8th November. Tickets for that gig went on sale in September, and sold-out pretty sharp-ish.

The boys return to the UK in December with a six date arena tour, supporting Def Leppard and the Mötley Crüe, concluding with another London date (this time at Wembley Arena). Tickets are now in short supply, but there are still some available for all dates, including standing tickets in Birmingham, Nottingham and the home of steel (but not panthers), Sheffield.

The Eagles of Death Metal's Jesse Hughes went on the road to find out what it takes to host a Steel Panther gig, and you can find out by watching the video, above. Warning: if you don't like profanity, big hair, boobs or spandex, then this may not be the video for you.
