They can see your future - Belle and Sebastian return to London for May 2011 Roundhouse exclusive

Belle and Sebastian

Anyone who may have had doubts about the potency and popularity of this sharp-tongued, sugar-sweet outfit, clearly hasn't been paying much attention lately. Belle and Sebastian have recently scored yet another Top 10 album with "...Write About Love", as well as successfully curating the ATP Bowlie 2 Festival back in December.

It's been four long years since they last wandered south of Cockfosters, but finally the band has recognized this glaring 'error' by announcing a one-off concert at the iconic Roundhouse in Camden. Belle and Sebastian will perform on 29th May with support acts still to be announced. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am, priced at £25 (plus fee).

2011 marks the band's 15th year and they've been at the forefront of what remains of the independent music-scene ever since. "The Boy With The Arab Strap" kick-started modest cross-over success before 2006's "The Life Pursuit" garnered them with a hit album in several territories. Expect plenty of catalogue-delving on the night!
