One could never accuse Rihanna of being a shrinking violet, nor could you aim allegations of not being prolific - five albums in as many years, including several number ones like "Umbrella" and "Only Girl (In the World)". She's just issued the newie "Loud", a return to form for some critics after the relative sales-failure of 2009's "Rated R" and with a new tour for 2011 in the offering, it appears that Rihanna could be leaving the turmoil experienced on her "Last Girl On Earth Tour" (lots of cancelled US dates, for starters).
Next year's "The Loud Tour" begins in London at the O2 Arena on 5th October and continues on to Liverpool (7th), Manchester (9th), Glasgow (10th), Birmingham (15th) and finally Newcastle (16th). Tickets will go on sale on Saturday at 9am and will cost from £39.50 (£40 London).
In addition to all this activity, the feisty singer/rapper has been nominated for four Grammys, including Best Dance Recording for the single "Only Girl In The World" and Record of The Year for "Love The Way You Lie" (did it actually get a release on vinyl? Pedantic? Moi?).
