The Mencap charity is set to have loads more much-needed cash raised for it, with the announcement of a second huge concert in London. In addition to the already hotly-received news of Pet Shop Boys and The Ting Tings at the Hammersmith Apollo on 8th December (£50 - tickets still up for grabs), West London will also be reeling at news of Scissor Sisters coming to that part of town.

The Bush Hall on Uxbridge Road will host a very special acoustically-stripped back performance from the million-selling Jake Shears and co on 4th December. The band have promised a unique performance that will surely sell out in seconds - the venue can only hold 350 punters!

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am, priced at just £35 with all proceeds going to Mencap. On the Little Noise Sessions website, curator and Mencap ambassador Jo Whiley says: "What better way to bring the annual Mencap Little Noise Sessions to a close with another special announcement. Scissor Sisters will play a winter-themed set!". Perhaps, 'Comfortably Warm'?

Don't forget that the disco-champions are on tour from next week, plus they return to London on the 15th (seats still available - £32.50).
