Eliza Doolittle to do a lot of touring -spring 2011 UK dates just announced

Easy, breezy and a sharp contender for a few adverts/ TV ident soundtracks is Eliza Doolittle, whose 2010 self-titled debut-album fizzed into the top 3 during the summer. Her singles have done OK, although her most recent download release "Rollerblades" hasn't exactly set the world alight, so why not get your skates on (ouch) and watch the video for the song, whilst we tell you about her tour next year.

Her first stop will be Glasgow on 28th March, followed by Newcastle, Manchester, Leamington and several more dates, including the Shepherd's Bush Empire on 9th April, before coming to a halt in Bournemouth on the 12th. Tickets go on sale at 9am this Friday (19th Nov), costing £12.50-£15.

Doolittle's next move is a download re-issue of the song, "Skinny Genes" on Boxing Day (according to her website) which should keep some interest going for those of you who missed out on getting tickets to her upcoming Brighton gig, which is next Monday by the way.
