As recently reported on Allgigs, award-winning cold-wavers White Lies have a new album looming on the horizon, confirmed with the title "Ritual", due out on 17th January, which the band will preview live in York Hall next week (face value tickets for which are now sold-out).

Not surprisingly, the band has announced a pretty hefty European tour next year, including ten dates in the UK during February. They head off in the tour bus on the 4th with Cambridge being the first stop, followed by big university cities across the land until Manchester on the 18th. There are a few gaps in the calendar, so don't be glum if your city isn't on the list (we say 'never say never').

Tickets go on sale on Friday at 9am and the London slot is at Shepherd's Bush on the 10th.

Artwork for the new album (above), plus the track-listing, was posted on the band's website recently, with tracks to include "Bigger than Us" (released as a single on 3rd Jan), "Is Love", "Holy Ghost" and "Come Down".

With the 10th February Shepherds Bush Empire now sold-out, the band have now added a second date for 11th February. Tickets are on sale now.
