No longer missing in action - MIA November 2010 tour expands with more dates available

Posted: 13 years ago

Next month, experimental and provactive 'urban' singer and producer MIA takes to the road with a string of dates in support of her recent Top 30 album, "Maya". The 'out-there' agitator ain't the kinda girl to rap to your grandmother, but her bizarre and technically sharp beats and rhymes have permeated the airwaves - tracks like the unforgettable "Paper Planes", "XXXO" and "Teqkilla" have been racking up the hits on My Space and You Tube for some time now.

In support of "Maya", MIA begins a bit of November action in Brixton on the 10th, followed by Oxford (12th), Liverpool (19th), Leeds (20th) and finally Glasgow (22nd). Tickets are on sale for all dates with prices around £18-£23.50.

In addition, MIA will be appearing at the sold-out Warehouse Project gig with Annie Mac on 13th November.

If you haven't checked out "Maya" yet, give it a go - a new single "It Takes A Muscle" is due out soon.
