So Long Good Night - It's time for The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster autumn 2010 tour and festival slots

Posted: 13 years ago

There is nothing like a quick snappy title for a tour, eh? And this is precisely what we haven't got here! Entitled the (draws breath) "The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster autumn Enter the Savage BooHoo Tour", it features the aforementioned band in support of a further single release from their previously-issued album, "Blood and Fire".

The chosen song is "So Long Good Night", a trashy little tinker that almost borders on 'ballad', for this lot anyway. Expect it to feature prominently during their tour, the first night of which kicks off on 21st Oct in Gloucester and continues to Brighton on 4th November via a cavalcade of towns and cities including London on Halloween (with Robots In Disguise in support). Tickets for the tour average around £13.

In addition to touring, TEMB-LD also play a couple of festivals, both of which will get an article each written about it. The first to mention is Manchester's Bizarre Winter Ball 2010 on 22nd October, a freaky night of fetish, freaks and top-notch music, while the second less 'scary' evening is in Exeter at the city's Livefest, held at the Cavern on 29th Oct.
