Yap yap yap, blah blah blah - Chatterbox Sarah Millican plots 2011 laughter assault

Sarah Millican

You've probably witnessed Sarah Millican's bright-eyed self-effacing and slightly potty-mouthed routines on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week - the Tyne and Wearsider has been charming the pants off both men and women on the small-screen, as well as at major festivals such as Edinburgh (this year she was nominated again after winning the Best Comedy Award in 2008 - she lost out to Russell Kane this year).

She has also recently won the Best Headliner at the Chortle Awards and just to prove how smart she is when standing up (oops, that sounded wrong didn't it?), several dates have been announced for 2011. Bear in mind that almost all of her 2010 gigs for the rest of this year have sold out [at the time of writing just the 28th Nov Nottingham and 3rd Dec Doncaster dates have tickets at face value - Ed]. Better be quick for these, because these nights feature "Chatterbox", the show she was nominated for this year.

Sarah's first stop on this extensive leg is Coventry on 29th January, before continuing to Bolton, Swindon, Derby and many more until Tunbridge Wells on 24th March. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow morning (Friday 3rd September) at 10am, priced at around £17 plus fees. More dates are sure to be added over the next few weeks.
