OK, OK - it's another pun-filled headline, right? Nope, it's true - Paris and Turin are coming to South East London, albeit Canary Wharf's rather pristine venue, East Wintergardens. But rather than a fancy fashion-show or a corporate business gathering, two musical attractions are heading its way in the form of super-acoustic duo Turin Brakes and soulstress Mica Paris.

The two special concerts form part of an acoustic 'After Hours' series and will take place during the autumn. The first will feature Turin Brakes on 29th September while Mica Paris will appear on 20th October with tickets now available at £18 per concert.

The Turin boys, Olly and Gale, released their latest album "Outbursts" back in March which proved to be a triumphant debut on their new label, Cooking Vinyl. It's been given a pretty solid airing across several festivals throughout the summer, including Glastonbury and this special concert gives you a chance to see the boys in a rather more intimate setting than a big field.

Mica has recently appeared with the soul-group Boyz II Men on their spring UK tour in support of her single "Born Again", which was also the title of her last album. She is also appearing at Ronnie Scotts on 3rd/4th September.
