They've dropped out of vogue a little bit since their original inception a few years back, with the number one album "The Script" and the hits "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" and "We Cry", but the mellow pop-rockers The Script are back on track with a new album and a few September dates. Think easy-going David Gray, Maroon 5 and Melee and you are somewhere near the ball-park these boys bounce their balls in (so to speak).
The new album is due out later this year and entitled "Science and Faith", with a single "For The First Time" already doing the rounds on radio with Fearne Cotton giving it a premier the other morning. So if you heard it and liked it, get your fingers ready on Friday at 9am for the tickets for their tour.
The first date is in Liverpool on 11th September followed by Leeds (12th), London's Hammersmith (13th), Edinburgh (15th), Leicester (16th) and Portsmouth (17th) and, wait for it, tickets go on sale at 9.30am on Thursday (22nd July) - better be quick if you want to go.
