This CCTV image - taken from the official Take That website will probably set the hearts of many a Take That fan a-flutter, with the news today that Robbie Williams will (finally) re-join the band.
Robbie famously left the band in the 90s, embarking on a highly successful solo career, with Gary Barlow et al seemingly out of favour and unable to come close to matching his success. The reunion of Take That in 2005 was nothing short of phenomenal with their first album for a decade - 2006's Beautiful World going multi-platinum and grabbing a few awards along the way - coinciding in a reversal of fortune for Robbie who seemed unable to rekindle the hit machine for the majority of the noughties.
Rumours have abounded about a reunion, with the band inviting Robbie Williams on stage at the Albert Hall last year for a Children in Need gig, but no live performance, but this time it's not a rumour. Robbie's back, and will be on the November Take That album as well as performing on their tour... watch this space for dates...
Tickets for the bands' "Progress Live" 2011 UK arena tour will go on sale from Friday 29th October at 9AM.
