It has been a full 30 years since the multi-background reggae band from Birmingham first graced our ears - yes, UB40 are officially three decades old this year, and to celebrate this with their fans, plus the impending reissue of the classic debut album "Signing Off", they have announced a full autumn tour throughout the UK. Good lads.

Tickets, costing £35 + fees go on sale Friday, but we have a pre-sale allocation meaning you can get your hands on them now - check below for availability. The 'Signing Off 30 Year Anniversary Tour' will start in Liverpool on 25th October and continue to Birmingham (26th - that will be some homecoming), Wolverhampton (27th), two dates in London at the Troxy (29th) and Shepherd's Bush (30th) and continuing around the country before reaching Southampton on 19th November.

"Signing Off" is still a landmark release because of its political and social commentary throughout the track-listing, plus the music was out and out roots-reggae, splashed with dub and loads of slinky sax 'n jazz motifs. Songs like "Tyler", "Food For Thought", "King" and "Little By Little" were staple-inclusions on evening sessions on Radio 1. The re-issue will appear as a double disc with a DVD also included. Hubba hubba.
