Coolness alert! While last year we had the much-missed (temporary) Double Club in Angel, a new cool venue is to be put on every clubber/bar-hopper's map.

Pop-up Pirates fka Dust Bar on Clerkenwell Road, will offer all boogie lovers a good alternative to flashy Hoxton, with its colourful and welcoming deco (the loos are impressive) and an ever-so lovely clientele (and staff). Expect top-notch DJs of hip hop, funk, soulful house, electro, disco and the like, to prompt your moves.

Next bank holiday weekend seems like the right time to go and check out this temporary hangout (open until August, so don't miss out), with Session, Element and Y&P playing some rare reggae , disco and funk tunes for your delight on Thursday 27th May; joined by Klose One, Josie Rebelle and RacknRuin for hip hop, funk, soul, dubstep and classic party anthems on the Friday (28th May). On Saturday 29th May, Kevkev and special guests will take to the decks to deliver some disco, electro and vintage house sonic nuggets.

Opening times are 9pm-4am, with free entry before 10pm, £5 thereafter. Get in: it's party time!
