You may well be fond of sand-dunes and the salty air and you might get tired of looking at each other but one thing's for sure - Groove Armada have racked up a few party-bangers over the past twelve years or so. I remember playing "Superstylin'" at a wedding reception and a house party a few years back and, blow me with a turbine, both gatherings turned into full-on raves every time this came on. The lads have also given London one of its most respected clubbing events, The Lovebox Weekender (still tickets available for this year, check the links, below).

It's only right and proper that they should be allowed to play their own headline tour [their first since 2007 - Ed] on the back of their last successful release, "Black Light" (unleashed in January) [available for just £4.99 inc free delivery from Amazon - check the link to the right - Ed] and that is just what the boys have lined up for you all.

October sees Groove Armada kick off an eight-date tour in Leeds on the 7th, continuing to Glasgow (8th), Manchester (9th), Norwich (11th), Bristol (12th), Birmingham (14th) and finally two dates at the Brixton Academy on the 15th and 16th. Tickets cost £25 for London and £21.50 for the rest (plus the usual fees). Tickets are on sale at 9am on Friday!

A new single from "Black Light" is also out this month - a double A-side (do they still call them that?) pairing of "Look Me In The Eye Sister" and "Just For Tonight".
