The Temper Trap have just been added to the pretty-damn-fine line-up at the annual Hyde Park festival that is the Wireless Festival 2010 this July.

The hotly-tipped, award-winning Australian quartet are set to join Pink, the Ting Tings and Gossip on Friday 2nd July. The band's debut single 'Sweet Disposition' troubled the worldwide charts in 2008, provided the soundtrack for numerous TV shows, and is still a regular on the airwaves well over a year after its release.

Prior to their Hyde Park gig, the band embark on a Spring UK tour, starting in Bournemouth on 27th April, ending in Liverpool on 16th May, with a trio of (now sold-out) London dates in-between.

So far, Friday 2nd July is the only date announced for the 2010 Wireless festival, but the Sunday 4th July line-up is to be announced on Monday, so watch this space! Tickets for the Friday are on sale now, costing £47.50 plus booking fee.
