It's third time lucky for Slayer, who have just announced their rescheduled UK tour for May 2010.

The Californian thrash veterans were originally due to hit these shores last November, touring their latest album 'World Painted Blood', which has been nominated for a 2010 Grammy award. Ongoing back problems, and later surgery on bassist Tom Araya's back have meant that the Novemebr tour was rescheduled to March, but that tour has now also been rescheduled to May, starting in Leeds on 26th May at the Academy.

The tour runs until 3rd June, with the last two dates being back-to-back dates at the Forum in Kentish Town.

Tickets for the original dates remain valid, but refunds can be obtained from your point of purchase. There are still tickets available for all dates.
