One of 2010's most anticipated festivals has already announced one headlining act - yes, Pink will be leading the Hyde Park pop extravaganza that is, 'Wireless', on July 2nd. Now another name has been added to the bill and ticket details have been finalized.
Second act to be included at Wireless next year, is The Ting Tings. Having set the pop world alight with songs like 'That's Not My Name' (a number one, no less) and 'Shut Up And Let Me Go', the Hackney/Manchester-born duo have been a regular festival feature for the past 18 months. The band are currently working on new material and have a home-coming gig at The Warehouse Project, Manchester on December 29th, with Mike Pickering DJ-ing.
Anyway, back to Wireless - Tickets go on sale on Friday 11th December at 9am and will cost £47.50 plus fees.
There will also be two 'packages' that will be on sale later on - a Club Experience Package for £139 and a VIP Experience Package for £179. The Club will allow you to swan past the queues through your own private entrance, luxury restrooms (toilets with loo-paper then), resident DJ, BBQ, private bar, club pass, chillout area and hostesses providing hospitality. The VIP does the same but adds in Grandstand seating, tiered and reserved as opposed to craning your neck over Mr 6ft tall. We will let you know when these go on sale but, for now, it's the turn of the standard tickets on Friday. Get clicking below!!
