New-York-based singer-songwriter, Adam Green, will come and visit us earlier next year.
Long gone are his days as the Moldy Peaches frontman, and the past few years have seen Green mutate into some kind of Jonathan Richman sound-alike, for the enjoyment of many, during which he has released no less than five albums, with the upcoming sixth, entitled 'Minor Love', slated for 11th January 2010. Green will then embark on a tour of the UK and Eire, kicking off in Dublin on 26th January, via Belfast (27th), Glasgow (29th), Newcstle (30th), then Manchester on 1st February, Cambridge (3 Feb.), London (4 Feb), Birmingham (5 Feb) and Brighton ( 6 Feb ).
Tickets are on sale now and cost under tenner for most dates, except for Dublin (15 Euros), London (£15.00) and Brighton (£ 11.50), plus booking fee.
Until then, Green's new single, 'What Makes Him Act So Bad' is available for free download from his website, www.adamgreen.net
