Debbie Reynolds, the star of the timeless musical 'Singing in The Rain' (alongside the genial Gene Kelly), has announced a series of one-woman shows for next spring.
The award-winning singer and comedian (who also starred in the likes of the 1959 classic 'It Started With Kiss', 'The Bodyguard' alongside the then [though recently reformed] golden girl Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner, as well as portrayed the recurring character of Bobbi Adler [Grace's mother] in the TV show 'Will and Grace' from 1999 to 2006), will take to the stage of the Apollo Theatre as of 28th April 2010 until 9th May 2010, for twelve performances only!
Reynolds' shows will see the starry 77-year-old take a humorous look back on her career, illustrating it with real MGM film footage of her glory days, and her life (notably as a man-eater). So, expect a evening (or more if you're keen) of pure entertainment!
Performances start at 7.30pm (Wednesday to Saturday) with Saturday and Sunday matinees, respectively at 2.30pm and 4pm.
Tickets are on sale now, ranging from £25.00 to £49.50 (+booking fee).
