Young and scampish pop-punkers You Me At Six have outlined their intentions for next year by announcing a short UK tour in March. The run of gigs kicks off on March 9th at the Birmingham Academy and takes in Newport on the following night before meandering through several major cities before settling in Brixton's Academy on March 20th.
You Me At Six formed in 2005 in the tidy Surrey commuter town of Weybridge and have been nominated for Best British Band in Kerrang for 2 years on the trot. Their first album, "Take Off Your Colours", managed to reach number 25 on the UK Albums Chart, no mean feat for ones so fresh-faced! This set has recently been re-released although their 2nd album is due for release around the time of this 2010 tour. Of course, you may catch them supporting Paramore on their UK tour in December but until then, tickets for YMAS (as the kids call 'em) are on sale this Friday (6th November) at 9AM, starting at £15 + booking fee.
