The Sunshine Underground for February 2010 UK tour - tickets on sale now

Posted: 30th September 2009

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me ROCK OUT. Sorry about that, got carried away a tad -but for a good reason because one of Indie-punk's finest bands have announced a massive tour for February next year, and what's more there shall be a brand new album to go along with it. Yayness.

The Leeds-based foursome have been productive in all but studio releases but now they have honed their latest crop of songs to give fans of old and new a double whammy with their 'Coming To Save You EP' to be released in November as a lead-up to next year's full album & Tour. The tour will begin on February 1st at the Sunderland Independant before going to Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Stoke, Derby, Coventry, Norwich, Southampton and Brighton before coming to a close at London's KOKO on February 18th. Tickets for the gigs are £11 (except for the London show which is £13) and are on sale now. Oh, and if you want a taste of what's to come both live and on record then they are playing among many other groups at the 'Room At The Top' in Bathgate, Scotland on October 3rd. There are still tickets available at a cost of £15.
