As the old saying goes there's no rest for the wicked. But David Gray ain't wicked, is he? Maybe not but we're still glad he's decided to announce a seven date UK tour for this December straight off the back of his US Tour and release of his latest Long Player, 'Draw The Line'. The album is a change in tone from the moody introspection of 2005's classic 'Life in Slow Motion' and it has given the English singer/songwriter a new zest for touring. The man most famous for Babylon (the 2000 single, not the hanging gardens) will start his tour at London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo (where he recorded his live album, 'Live In Slow Motion') on December 9th before going to The Sage Gateshead (11th), HMV Picture House Edinburgh (12th), Leeds O2 Academy(13th), The Symphony Hall in Birmingham (15th) and Colston Hall, Bristol on the 16th before ending it all (tour-wise) in Manchester's Apollo Theatre on the 18th. More dates may follow but for now ticket info on the current shows can be found on the links below so brighten up your life with some classic Gray.
