Liverpool set for Mass Freakout this October, 2009
Posted: 7th September 2009
Mass Freakout is Liverpool's first completely independent music festival in over twenty years. Over three days (8th, 9th and 10th October) you can expect the Kazimier club in the home of the Superlambbanana to be taken over by up-and-coming bands, a medieval battle, dancing, and general chaos.
Acts on the line-up include Clinic headlining (all three days!), Cold Ones, Hot Club De Paris and The International to name but a few. Mass Freakout is the latest of a series of festivals that aims at putting Liverpool on the map for modern underground music, rather than living in the ageing shadow cast by The Beatles.
Advance tickets are at a wallet-friendly £5.50 each per night.
